I offer a free initial consultation (on-line or in person), where we can meet and chat to see if we are suited. I would strongly recommend that you see several doulas to find the right one for you - I am located in Axbridge, Somerset

Birth preparation
I offer two birth preparation sessions (on-line) or in person where we can get to know each other and discuss your birth preferences and work through any worries or queries you or your partner may have. I believe that all types of birth should be considered so that should the unexpected arise, you will be prepared and therefore feel more in control
Birth support
My birth package also includes attending your birth with an on call commitment from 38-42 weeks gestation. I will be there to support both you and your birth partner (if applicable) as much or as little as you wish, at home births or hospitals
Hospitals that I cover are St Michael's Bristol, Southmead Bristol, Mart Stanley Bridgewater, Musgrove Park Hospital Taunton, Ashcombe WardWeston-Super-Mare.

Postnatal support
I will come to your home to support you following the birth. I can offer a birth debrief and assist you to get feeding established, also to provide support with preparing meals and light duties around the house.
I can also provide the space and reassurance which is so important following this life transition, and allow a much needed break and time to refuel.
Included within this package is support up to 12 hours (to be arranged), extra hours can be arranged at a cost of £30 per hour​ + fuel costs

I am offering in-person antenatal classes based in Axbridge in Somerset - to include homemade sweet treats! Includes 5 sessions £295 per couple.

Feeding your baby - from breastfeeding tips, hand expressing, plus problems and solutions, and how to safely prepare formula and how can partners help
Week 5
Life as a new parent and what to expect - from caring for the newborn, what could it be when I've tried everything?, how to care for yours and your partners' mental health
